• Product is in original, unopened condition
• All tags, accessories, and freebies are intact
• Original invoice is available
• Product packaging is undamaged and free from markings

Important Terms
Quality Check
• All returns undergo mandatory inspection
• Products failing quality check will be rejected
• Rejected returns will be shipped back to customer
Processing Fee
• 3% or ₹150 (whichever is higher) applicable
• Fee waived for manufacturing defects
Refund Process
• Processed within 7 working days after QC
• Original payment method refund
• EMI charges non-refundable

Bundle Returns
Complete set must be returned; partial returns not accepted
